She was a favorite Eve Lynn Model, modeling for many local clothing outlets including Gazins and Grey Reid's. Winnie was a respected real estate agent in Incline at Tahoe during its booming development. Dick and Winnie divorced after their children were raised, and Winnie later married Jess Abel, and were married until his death. As a widow, she occupied her time as a friendly clerk at Hallmark in Shopper's Square. She was predeceased by her father Daniel Wilson, her mother Bertha Nevin, stepfather C.A. "Red" Nevin, her son Michael Streeter, sisters Dorothy Hendricks and Betty Cunneen, and her brother William Duncan.
