Preceded in death by his wife Judith and his parents Harold & Gladys Monroe of Saratoga, CA
Survived by: son David (Denise) Monroe, step-sons Kevin (Nicole) & Greg Blankenship, adopted daughter DeeDee Armenta
Brothers; Steven, Tommy (Diana), Michael, James
Sisters Marilyn Ogburn & Deborah Johnson,
Granddaughter Allyssa, grandson Andrew, step grandson Cole and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Casey worked in and retired from the grocery business in California. He moved to Reno and rejoined the grocery business working for Smiths until his health forced him to retire in 2010. Casey enjoyed fishing and watching the Giants and the 49ers. His pleasant cordial personality carried over from his personal life into his profession in customer service.
The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
