Erinne and Heather,  Your mom was one of the nicest and most generous persons I have had the privilege of knowing. I was always happy to talk to her when she'd call for the occasional computer issue over the course of the last two decades, even if was just Mahjongg not cooperating. I know she loved you both very much and I am glad that she got to experience the joy of grandmother-hood. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.  With deepest sympathies, Fritz
